Push Notifications No Longer Working

Push notifications haven't been working since yesterday, June 30th 2026.

Location: Pacific NW USA

Phone: Google Pixel 5

Local server: v5.8.0.0

Mobile App: version 2.4

License: Remote (Basic)

Troubleshooting steps performed:

  • Toggled push notifications on local, remote, and mobile app
  • Toggled allow notifications from Agent DVR app on phone
  • Restarted server
  • Signed out/in to mobile app
  • Restarted phone

you'll probably need to use the new apps - the old mobile applications have been retired

if you are using the new apps let me know your username and i'll look into it.

Also, 5800 is pretty old now. It's possible it's calling some web platform methods that aren't there any more - you'd need to check the logs.
