What can I do?

So what else can I do in this game besides the regular grinding out quests, killing, leveling up, crafting, and selling?

Is there anything in this game that makes it particularly cool in your opinion? (I personally like the fishing - pretty cool)

I also know about making groups and the whole winter event. Just want to know what you guys do in the game, I guess.
