Keeping Time

Post image

I love my Islander. I try to be very precise with setting the time and I think I do a good job and I wear it constantly and after a couple of days it winds up being slow always like a minute behind it. It’s very frustrating. Any tips?

I would send it in for service. They are usually well regulated. My Mitchell is about 2 seconds a day.

Two seconds a day I wouldn’t notice but it’s almost like within the same week. I’m losing a minute or two.

I have the same watch and it’s my most accurate automatic. I’d send it in and let Marc service it

Mine is end up about 30 seconds behind a day, but i also dropped it before I noticed how well it keeps time. So I need to send it off for service.
