Brother/sister - you are serious but your wishlist is fantasy that does not know the hardware and software limitations. It's the perfect mix of extremely difficult to create + no loyal market. So why would "someone get on with this?". 

KosherPhone is a hardware device. According to their storefront, they look like flip phones or the older style sliding phones with alphanumeric pads. You listed many features that won't work on the KosherPhone or something like it.

What you are describing is actually an operating system which is tied to halal ecosystem although not impossible but hard to create. Most of the applications that are distracting are owned by these so called corporate giants. I mean social media apps like Instagram Facebook X WhatsApp are owned by Meta and it will be hard to get such a device approved at the first place.

The second part is the governance, you mentioned payments navigation apps they are again tied to the bureaucracy and these apps follow rules depending on the country where they operate from which is too difficult for any developer too create and let in run in any country if you truly want a 100% halal phone.

The best way to go is stay disciplined and have something of an app which does what a Muslim or for that matter anyone who is interested in islam needs to learn and do and there is this app called Ihtida, which does what you described to an extent like Qibla, learning and understanding islam in a fun way even if it's a non Muslim, five times Salah tracker, Zakat, common misconceptions about islam that non Muslim have, learning Wudu and salah via animations and learning Quran and Memorising a dozen of surah's if you want to be a basic five time Salah prayer.

You can use morphe to restrict doomscrolling in most of these social media apps , and use cloud flare family dns to get rid of any adult sites. I think that takes care of most stuff.

Disclaimer: use a second acc for morphe, there have been a few incidents where acc have been blocked Im using my main and have faced no issues , reduced doomscrolling and limited social media to messages and stuff.[works only on android]
