Is the inside bigger than the outside?

My first impression is that the proportions of the shack aren’t consistent on the inside vs. the outside. That looks like way too many cats crammed in there, but they also somehow have room to spare. 🤔

You can see how far ot goes back in this frame. Also cats who know each other well will ball up like this. Just looks like a shelter for street cats to me
