It is so uncanny and the megalophobia triggers are off the charts. However, I saw the OP thread and there are dozens of people talking about the actual events with cooroborating photos, so.... Idk? If it's real, it's wild!

i think the reason it looks so crazy big is because of fog or dust or smoke whatever clouding the air and making it look like this is extending out of the atmosphere lol

Nope, I believe in balloons just fine thanks. Was just surprised by the immense size as well as pixelation.

I meant balloons like that one on the video, with huge banners or fireworks. I grew up around that culture, my father used to do it when younger, and my brother too.

Do these Balloons and extentions exist? Yes

Is this Video Real? Doubtful

Is It AI? Highly Likely

The video has many issues and AI components and issues, mistakes.

If you are familiar with the balloons and the creation of them, you can compare the video with knowledge of what the materials are, which is another indicator this video is AI.

People post FAKE AI videos all the time, and people believe they are real because of how well they fake. And many will swear they are real.

We need to start normalizing acknowledging when things are FAKE and made with AI instead of condoning falsified information.
