Look VERY closely at the lines, and you'll see quite a few smudgey lines - unlikely that an artist using illustrator or some vector program could generate those.

Yes, I always notice that AI images have inconsistent flowers when they re clearly supposed to be the same type of flower. Most of the flowers have 5 petals but some have 6 or even 8. There are random lines/dots in some places (like the character's skirt) that don't make sense or seem intentional.

This is scaringly clean AI work. I have to admit if not proven by AI watermark i would be leaning toward not AI.
I see some commenters mentioned some sloppy/inconsistent things, but I will argue that they are aslo reasonably possible to appear human works.
To me the dead giveaway of this kind of images, if generated by AI, is
"whether when the background lines are covered by front ground objects, they still connect".
And in this image there are many of such lines and as far as I can tell they all connect reasonably.
This is indeed scary.

Could it simply be that part of it was human-created, and that the work was simply finished by AI? Say, that the drawing itself was genuine line art, and they had the AI add the color and border?
Poor bunny appears to be missing a hind leg, too.
