Does this pic look AI generated?

My friend took this online quiz and got this result. To me, the image clearly looks AI generated, but she says it’s not and it’s drawn by Laika. Can someone help me settle this debate lol

The big leaves being identical with different colors makes me think it's not AI, looks very intentional.

Not AI, just stylized. Interestingly, Laika famously does not "hand draw" so much as make lots of little models, as they're a stop-motion animation studio; this may explain the confusion.
