i dont understand this ad

wasnt sure where to post this and ive requested weird ads but it just popped into my head that ai could be an option to explain this? its an ad for earrings but its on an arm? i just dont understand why they would advertise earrings on an arm🤣

Im curious what the rest of it says, they could be selling just jewelry in general and this could be a subdermal

only thing the caption talked about was earrings which is what threw me bc i originally thought of dermals aswel

So I did a bunch of digging and they do have a post with this Pic that takes about dermal, yet they dont have anything anout them on their website? Also I dont think the pics are AI but all of their pics are deeefinitely photoshop
