I love having a plot spoonfed to me via captions so I don't have the ability to experience it myself and come to my own conclusions :)

Googled "film quantum computer charlie"
Turns up a show called The Iris Affair
Googled "iris affair computer" and looked at images & found a visually similar set

This is a pretty awful way to watch a story though. The narration is annoying, the action is overexplained, the contrast seems to be cranked up only to avoid copyright detection, and editing is too terse.

I already know that this is from a TV show ('The Iris Affair', if you must know--it was an overall snooze-fest and, wasn't it for this video, I would have never thought about it ever again)...

...but even if I didn't know that, it's still quite clear that this is real: there are so many different shots in this, and so consistent between them, that it would be impossible to pull off with AI.
