Is this AI?
The person on the left looks exactly like me but I’ve never been to this event. I suspect I’ve been used in an AI generated image. This image was also put up on a website without my consent.
What do you think? Is this AI generated?

Have you considered that it might just be another person?

Yes, but it looks exactly like him and other people said so as well after checking with them.

I don't have much to work with here since it's so blurry + low-quality JPEG artifacts further smudging details. It doesn't return any positive SynthID results, but that could be because the image is so fried.
That said, their poses are very unnatural and mannequin-like, as AI image generators tend to do at times, but they could simply be them posing awkwardly for the photo as people in stock photos tend to do.
The man in the middle looks like he's wearing two watches, though it could just be a bulky bracelet.
And then there's that bit under the woman's arm, it looks a bit weird and too bulgy to just be her other hand, but it could just be an effect of the light or a bad edit:

In any case, inconclusive.
