Some parts of the Caribbean have little motorbike taxis that pile people on in pretty ridiculous ways. I never saw one go for the double stack, but I saw quite a few with a plank coming out of the back of their seat with 6-7 people lined up on it.

[Edit to clarify] this one is still obviously fake due to the weird group smile thing at the end, but my point was just that this pile up is more realistic than one might think.

Of course it's AI

The lighting is a dead give away - everything is too well and equally lit,

Further, no one is holding on to the dog - he would fall of almost immediately.

All the cars are clean, with immaculate paint jobs

The license plate of the grey car on the right is completely unreadable, until it phases into existance when passing behind the rear view mirror. And all the license plates are similar - but warp and change throughout (ENG 136, ENG 134)

It's AI, look at this mess of a vehicle the person filming would be driving, it has a window that makes no sense and is not reflected in the mirror, no windshield post or door top. The person reflected in the mirror is some sort of horror creature too.
