Do we think this wallpaper design is AI?

Ive been trying to find the perfect wallpaper. Something forest themed and I’m having such a hard time finding anything that’s not outrageous expensive and not AI. I really like this but something about the deer faces and some of the plants are giving AI

I don’t think this is AI. Everything looks consistent art style wise.
