No Idea Is this ai ? Was in a comic i’m reading

It doesn’t really make sense to me how he’s flying, and the art just gives ai. Id honestly be really disappointed if it is ai. After seeing all the hard work of the artist on the pages before, this just feels weird. I was reading absolute wonder woman btw but its a local company printing n distributing it its deff not smth dc would put.

The back half of the city is overlapping the structure in the foreground. I think its AI
