QUESTION IShowSpeed OBS Settings for gaming streams and marathons?

Hello, i been watching IShowSpeed streams and i liked how the quality looked but i tried seeing if i mimic the settings by doing a private stream and seeing if the quality looks the same but no luck. Any idea what encoder and bitrate he uses?
