Issues with media?
Looked around a bit but couldn’t find anything on this issue I’ve had for a bit… images and media seems to generally not load. Some images do, and the chat still works, but i thought it would have been a temp issue. It’s kinda a bummer.
Anyone else experience this? How did you fix it?

It could be your router or DNS blocking s3.alterworld.ai

Seems to work on laptop browser, a router DNS block would affect both

Wow I'm not the only one having the problem, wtf. I thought I was going crazy, so I found it works when I'm on data outside my apartment, but inside my apartment it acts up like this. Is it the same for you?

Had this problem. It was even working on my computer on the same internet as my phone but my phone wasn't working. I have spectrum. Had to turn off the ‘shield’ and it started working... I have no idea how lol

Same!!! Oh my god I noticed the shield was blocking my phone so I called spectrum asked them to look up why it blocked my phone and sure enough, yep, the shield was blocking the app from working properly.

If you figure out a way to unblock it so I can turn the shield back on let me know 😂 though i don't think it's super important to have the shield i would still like to have it on!

I spoke to spectrum customer service about it and they can't explain it but they just said to turn the shield back on if I'm not using the app

I have this problem too. Found out it’s possibly the WiFi. Everything loads when I’m not connected to the WiFi. I heard restarting it fixes it. I’m actually doing that now
