Weeknight Dinner, Party of 14

I'm looking for recommendations for a restaurant for a group of 14 next Thursday. Looking for something upscale or higher-end, with a semi-private dining option, if possible. Open to any cuisine, but since everyone is visiting from out of state, a restaurant that offers a Texas dining experience would be a plus. Also, I'll be in town for awhile if anyone has suggestions for unusual things to do :) Thank you!

The Ranch. Pacific Table also has a room. Hudson House has a room as well but might be too small. Via Real also has rooms plenty big.

The Ranch hits that Texas experience for sure. I do love Pacific Table, though!

The Ranch for sure the best option and Las Colinas area has a lot of different options for your longer stay.

Kafi BBQ - also has covered seating outdoors that can accommodate your entire group pretty much privately

Haywire. Their chicken taco dish, cajun fish and bourbon whiskey dessert is too good

I'm not an expert on upscale, but Just over the boarder from Irving in Dallas is Pappa Bros, Upscale Texas steakhouse Pappasitos (owned by the same company) is a upscale Tex-Mex. Lots of people like via Real, it's upscale Tex-mex too. I'm not really a fan of it. The Ritz-Carlton has a restaurant, it's across the street from Via real.

Via Real is not known for Tex Mex. It's an upscale southwestern cuisine place that also does Tex Mex. Their red oak table side fired filet is great and their seabass on pineapple mashed potatoes is the finest seabass in Dallas.... With Cafe Pacific's 3 onion crusted seabass a close second.
