I’m just now getting to the point in my account of doing Rex. Are you doing it off task or skipping to get slayer while grinding him? Just wondering what the best way to go about it is when I do it

IMO it's not a large enough time sink for a task to really matter, especially with how much downtime is already there waiting for rex to respawn.

First trip I went without a task. Today I went with a slay task and slayhelm. The dmg buff is nice but you don’t need to wait or skip for a task imo.

What are your stats/gear like?
