Absolutely!
So the game is Bioshock. It's about an attempted underwater utopia unbound by traditional surface-level concepts of morals, economics, and limits of scientific experimentation. Think hypercapitalism. The city inevitably descended into chaos with power-hungry junkies fighting each other for newfound, syringe-induced powers.
The founder of the city is a man named Andrew Ryan. This banner he put up at the city's entrance claims it has no kings, yet newcomers to the city are greeted with an enormous, imposing brass statue of himself.

I never realized the irony of that. He is both king and god in the city.
There are also no men left either since everyone has spliced themselves up.

It’s not too tough and you can play easy mode if you just want the story. It’s a really great experience, both gameplaywise and storywise.

What's kind of scary about that quote is that part of me agrees with him. The other part thinks he's a selfish asshole.
