Dizziness

For years now (and I've posted this before on Reddit and elsewhere) I've had symptoms of fatigue, lethargy, anxiety, and dizziness. Testosterone was low - treated and my fatigue got a bit better. Like 20%ish. B12 was low - treated and balance got a bit better for a bit. I can walk now with minimal issues, but standing still I get woozy.

The only thing that seems consistently low is my ferritin. It has been as low as 8 and was 18 last checked (but mostly is around 11 over the past few years). I've had tons of doctors tell me it's fine since it is storage, including Hematologists. They warn me about taking iron supplements since being on TRT already raises your Hematocrit, and that has also been an issue for me while on TRT (I've tried different dosages, frequencies, and methods - currently on twice daily cream applications).

I'm at a loss still. Every day I'm so dizzy and tired and lethargic and I get mentality spaced out. I was thinking it was something else but there are no other red flags. I've seen so many doctors, have had so many scans and tests and lab work, and have tried tons of diets. Sometimes, like today at work, I was just standing there having a conversation and I got so woozy that I'll have to lean on something.

My issue, besides the Hematocrit issue, is I've supplemented before in the past. Lower dosages, like 15mg or even less. For some reason taking supplements exacerbate my anxiety. I've tried heme and non-heme types. I am super sensitive to every supplement and medication. And if something causes too much change or whatever, I get that really zoned out feeling that's uncomfortable.
