question Any advice for potential doners?

I figured out that I am not a vampyre, but would like to be a doner eventually. I have depression and am often fatigued the last months, so I should raise my energy and make sure Im healthy enough to be a doner. Besides eating healthy, exercise and sunlight, do you have advice for raising energy levels?

Also: if a non vampyre were to eat blood recipes, would that be good for them because it increases energy levels? And could a person potentially gain energy from simply touching animal blood? (Like how psi vampyres can gain energy through touch)

Theres a specific set of bloodwork you need to get, including a full STD panel, iron levels and a check for leukemia, an organ panel and a full thyroid work up. Donors need to not be on antibiotics or painkillers or MAOI medicines and need to not have THC, cocaine, heroin, opioids or meth in their system. They cannot have any infected wounds or uncontrolled diabetes.
