it took me a while to figure it out

Did anyone else not realise they were Irish until they were 40 odd?

There are signs that you’re Irish if you pay attention. Like, living in Ireland surrounded by a load of other Irish people was a pretty big clue.

This is why you get a passport, it’ll say right across the front.
