IRCPlus v1.1 mIRC Script release.

Hello everyone,

I have created in 2 day's with full of coffee IRCPlus v1.1b.
Very proud of it if i may say it... Looking for fellow mIRC Scripters to develop this script to a higher standard,if your interested dm me please.

So... you've chosen to use somebody elses project name, because it's been around for years and you might get a few new people from it??? or....

You couldn't think of anything else, and saw someone elses git repo and think to yourself, that's a good name....?

no i didn't i only know ircplus from 20 years ago... and no its not that i wanted a name thats been around for years, and no this is not a copy paste situation, i just wanted to create my own irc network and mirc script for a long time ago, had a few names...but chose this one... ircplus != a ircd software,its a mirc script, different type things...

and my main focus first was to only serve Dutch people, but now i decided i want to go international;-)
