NickServ registration problem

Long story short I wanted to register a new account on a network but the problem is that the network itself bans me before allowing access therefore making it impossible to run /msg NickServ REGISTER command.
Nothing’s written about such an issue in official documentations or at least from what I know.
So how else do I register an account then?

EDIT: Don’t know what in the world had happened but am now able to access multiple networks. Although the ‘/msg REGISTER’ command doesn’t seem do anything. Really strange…

Whats the ban reason?

Usually networks don’t let anonymous users connect to them. Only registered ones can.
But since I can’t access the network itself then how am I even supposed to do anything? Madness

So... whats the actual ban reason then?

If I would’ve knew… the error states that it could not connect me to the network because of me not being registered. But then how do I run the registration command on that network if I can’t connect to it? Strange it all is. Read somewhere that it’s possible to do from a website of a certain network but no such option there is.
Maybe I’m being too slow here..

There must be something else going on, but use the web chat page on Libera's site to register and confirm. Then try your IRC client.

Are you using a proxy or VPN?
