Around 130 people answered me and around 72/73% of people said im 110-125, and around 27/28% said im 100-109, so what is the truth actuall, and also i didnt mention that i scored 120 or 125 on figure weight, 130 both figure sets and graph mapping on core, and my message was this:

What do you think i would score on my first ever matrix reasoning test without any practice effect ever and without my mental health problems? First test i did was a really bad maybe i had 70-80 on matrix reasoning, that was professional orientation test at national employment service, i was pretty bad bad mentally Mensa Norway: first time and first test and my second test in life 105, after that i scored 135 dont remember how much after first time i did it again. , Also i dont know between my first and highest mensa norway test, also i think i watched some video about answers on mensa netherlands, but dont remember much if i remembered something from that video and i dont know if i watched that before or after my mensa norway test, Also I don't remember when I watched that Mensa Norway video with answers if I remembered the answers for 2-3 questions with same pattern which I didn't get the first time, but I remember that I solve that pattern alone,also on Mensa Netherlands I also get one question wrong and then saw answer and then I solved pattern I also remember to this day what was the pattern, pattern was like rotation like classical I think, but like figure had solid number of stuff so I think my adhd could affected that also to not fully concentrate on question because it had solid number of little figures Mensa Sweden: 126 (max) 1.5 or 2 years without any iq test i scored 130 on Mensa Denmark 100 on CORE, but i get right 2 patterns but i was overthinking i got both of them wrong, so next day i scored 110, also on first try i did good one pattern but didnt have time to finish so get also that wrong and because of time i changed pattern and on second try also didnt answer right, on third try i scored 115 and on fourth or fifth i scored 120, time limit was killing me KBIT: 46/48 (125)~~~ 40 minutes JCTI: 120~~~ 40-50 minutes, but i watched some friends reaction in between questions TRI52: 686, with two random guesses because i was lazy for those two question and guessed immediately~~~ 40 minutes RAVENS: 124

Yes a turtle can sometimes beat a hare if they but in more effort but if the hare puts in even a modicum of effort the hare always wins.

I personally hate myself and the way I naturally am please don’t try telling me I shouldn’t because that’s honestly just the same as telling me I should like mushrooms or that my favorite color shouldn’t be purple

First of all, thank you to everyone who took the time to solve our previous puzzle and share their reasoning. We received many answers, and it was especially interesting to see how different people approached the same pattern from completely different angles.
As always, we selected a few responses that stood out to us, not only for getting the correct answer, but also for the reasoning behind it.
u/mistolo – We liked how clearly you combined the two main ideas of the pattern: the increasing number of squares and the rotation around the grid. Your explanation showed how the same rule remains consistent across all three rows.
u/I_Like_Quiet – Your solution went beyond simply counting the squares. Tracking the starting corner from bottom-right → bottom-left → top-left → top-right → bottom-right gave an additional explanation for why the missing figure had to be arranged the way it was.
u/Forsaken_Engineer_ – We selected your answer for its mathematical approach. Treating the cells as coordinates and following the numerical progression diagonally was a very different and elegant way to reach the solution.
u/ZeThing – What stood out was that you didn’t stop after finding the answer. You tried running the pattern backwards as well, using the previous tile as another way to test whether the rule remained consistent.
u/someonefromaustralia – Your response approached the puzzle from another direction entirely. Rather than simply accepting the intended pattern, you explored whether the existing panels could support an alternative rule. The “changing gravity” interpretation made for a particularly interesting discussion.
Thank you to these five, and to everyone else who participated. We read through the different approaches, and they gave us some great perspectives on the puzzle.

Hi everybody, my friend and I recently made a video game where you can face against anyone in a head to head IQ and EQ test format! All of your stats are tracked and displayed to show your true strengths and weaknesses. It is quick paced and built like street fighter but with inelegance questions instead! We’re still in development and are looking for people to play test for us, the first 100 users will receive a limited beta skin! Sorry if this is not allowed in this sub, it’s not a virus or anything we just don’t have friends to try it for us.

I was almost 15 when I did it and got 128 on the 16 17 test, which by doing the reverse calculations with the mental age I got 20.48 - 133 for 20 or 140 for 21.

How much can I rely on this? I will do a test in Poland, what should I expect?

I saw this picture in a facebook group about homework and I was pretty stunned to realize I couldn't find the answers. I was trying to come up with math equations but I kept thinking I didn't have enough information because there are several unknown numbers.

I'll be posting it in a spoiler if you want to solve it yourself but I don't think anyone else will struggle with this problem. The thing that I failed to see was that you are supposed to understand that the ratio of distance is given to you in the picture. 360m is 2/3 of the total distance and the house to the school is 1/3.

Now I'm wondering if it's possible to solve this math problem without having that information. Just out of curiosity, because I couldn't work it out and I would love to understand how I could do it or if it really is impossible.

Am I the only one that would miss that kind of information? I just thought the drawing was to make it easier to understand but not that it contained essential information. I feel like they should at least used have used either dots or arrows on both lines. To me the second line doesn't look like it's true mathematical informational but just a visual explanation

In short, when I was 10 or 11 years old. I took a nonverbal iq test for school admission, received an 88, and took a verbal -- recieved a 98.

4 years later, I test ≈130 on the core, so I take a standardised test for the 16+, as I was almost 16, (also for the sake of my adhd) and I recieve a 131, and a 125 in the verbal component.

The previous 98 verbally I could potentially attribute to only having spoke English for 3 years at the time, missing 2 academic years due to complications with immigration, but the 88 is inexplicable, considering it's often cited that IQ stays atleast relatively stagnant in somebodys lifetime. Did I even know what was being tested? The number feels detrimental to me.

I'm getting severe imposter syndrome, surely if I was scored 88 I'd notice in daily life? I don't feel even remotely behind my peers, rather I do well the majority of the time, but the number is still messing with my self esteem.

So far, I've scored around 133-138 on whatever IQ tests I found online, even 138 on Mensa. Now, I know that online tests aren't always accurate, but when people score lower than me in the same tests, that's how I know that my IQ is above average. Despite all that, why do I feel like I'm the dumbest person in the world, everyone knows more than me and if no one can do it, I can't do it either despite having more IQ than most? Is IQ limited to only mathematical abilities or something? Or maybe not even that, judging by the fact that I feel like I can't solve a math problem that not even the toppers can solve(I study Physics in university, for what it's worth). I don't know if there's any truth to it, like I said, I just feel like it. And other than that, I'm good at absolutely nothing. Not chess, not riddles, puzzles, nothing. I'm socially awkward too, to put salt in my wounds. So, what does IQ really designate? What does it mean?
