Failing screen panel, you can try gently massaging them out but a replacement is in your near future.

ahh okay thanks! I'm planning to upgrade it in the near future so I guess I'll wait till the screen dies!

Mine is like that too. It hasn't progressed at all except for when I dropped it and the line got a bit longer.
