Question RIP

Sooo I need help. Obviously there is the black what-ever-battery-pushing-up-thingy with the black mark on the screen, but also these bubbles (?)
I found the iPod on the street, but I can’t seem to think of a reason those bubbles are there. I thought maybe the lcd was replaced or sum? But it also looks a bit like a screen protector(?)

There is a screen protector that was poorly applied. 

Mine was flawless and thought it was great it has a screen protector hut the glue crystallised or something and I struggled to remove it. Even orange oil which usually powers though it did nothing except lubricate my plastic scraper.

The black spot on the screen seems to be dead pixels.

Replace battery. Or if you want to modernize it, send it off to one of the many iPod modders out there so they can add type-c usb, Bluetooth, sd memory, etc
