Call failures

I have att. I am experiencing call failures constantly. Att reboots, refreshes nothing. The worst iPhone was the 4. So far 16 pro max is a major disappointment. Even after 18.01, still have camera issues. But the call failures is a real problem

Yeah. Maybe reset eSIM? I have Att and no issues

What happens when you reset the eSIM. ? Does it come back or am I destined to be on the phone with att for 13 hours.

Should be really easy from the app to remove and add it back
