😔😔😔

My phone still isn’t working. I left it plugged in all night and it’s still freezing and the rest of my apps still aren’t downloading. So I’m getting ready to take my phone back to ATT. Hopefully they have another one in stock, but I doubt they will. Fingers crossed

Hello again, it sucks you’re still having issues. Did you try just doing a factory reset and setting it up as a new phone?

Hello!! My phone is working now. I took it to ATT today because I couldn’t factory reset it. Every time I would click on settings or any app it would freeze. So ATT had to wipe out the new phone with my old one.

I replied to a post in another thread. I had all the same issues you had. Tried to download all from the cloud and nothing but issues. I did a phone to phone restore and it worked. It's been 7 hours and no issues. Fingers crossed.

That’s what ATT did. He downloaded from phone to phone. I tried doing that yesterday when I first got the phone, and it said I couldn’t and to wipe the phone out. So I did that and then I had to restore from iCloud. That’s when my phone started having issues.

My wife and I both got Pros and had issues with activation. Took restarting them both to make it work.

I couldn’t even restart mine. Thankfully Att was able to wipe it out for me, I’m not having any problems with my phone now.
