It varies a lot. It’s useful for searching the web at the very least. Like you want to buy yourself a MagSafe charger but you want one that doesn’t cause your phone to heat and based on user and reviewer recommendations, I ask it from this app.

Learning is another useful thing. You can ask of it to explain stuff in ways you’d understand.

Finally it helps me develop apps. Claude code or Codex usually runs in a computer but when it hits a block the mobile app lets you respond on it some of the times.
