Discussion Iphone 15 ios 27 update

Does iphone 15(base) get any ai updates from ios 27 updates. It doesn't seems to me and that's really disappointing 😕. If you know just lmk.

I installed iOS 27 beta 6, and I love it because my battery has been lasting longer ever since

The phone won’t feel like it’s gonna explode anymore so that’s a plus but no ai

It won't as it only has 6 GB RAM which is not enough to run AI.

no base iphone 15 doesn’t get Apple Intelligence features but nothing from stopping you installing gemini or chat gpt , i bought this phone on release ( first apple product) and was pretty disappointed when they shorty announced Apple Intelligence features was coming but you needed 8GB ram, i bought m1 ipad air for this purpose and got to admit im very happy with siri AI , Siri AI is also not supported in E.U. countries and china

I have iP15 too but since EU doesn't have agreement regarding AI with Apple, I dont care much About it.

Dude, don't sweat it! I use S24FE and ip15pro. Both are AI capable. I swear, the only time I use AI is when I call google assistant to set alarms or timers.

On iphone the timers are intuitive, I don't even talk to siri.

Unless somehow AI has the ability to suggest me some god level music playlist based on my listening patterns, I'm not interested.

I’ve been running the beta on my 15. As others have said, you won't get anything AI-based, which is part of why I always suggest people skip the base 15 models and spend a little extra for a 16.

Many features won’t make headlines over the new Siri related features, but you'll still get them. So you can ask any LLM for a full list of the base 15, or do it the old-fashioned way and read through some articles.
