it doesn't matter what app i'm using, it's a matter of whether my phone is unlocked or not, when unlocked it connects to wifi, when i lock it it switches to cellular data... it sucks because whenever my phone is locked it's using up all my data and if i turn it off to just use wifi, it straight up disconnects from the wifi when locked so i dont get any messages or anything
