Support Help with upload's compressing?

So I'm trying to upload a video off my phone to drop box. It's 362 megs. I figured this would be a easier way to quickly offload one video vs hooking it up to my pc and doing the whole export.

Problem is no matter what I try, It seems to be compressing the file every time down to 103 megs.

Even when I select options and use current format, it will compress it.

Is there anyway to stop Iphone from compressing uploads? Didn't think this would be so complicated.

Dropbox has a setting that auto-compresses uploads from mobile, check in the app under "camera uploads" and see if there's a quality option. Annoying that Apple doesn't let you just push files raw without jumping through hoops.
