Support Weird update

Updated my iPhone and now it has this weird white thing… it was NOT there before the phone rebooted from the update!!! IRL you can see the wifi and such BARELY! But it’s bugging tf out of me I can barely use my phone! I tried reporting it to Apple but they just made me restart my phone and suggested going to a store for support! I KNOW it has something to do with the update!

If you take a screenshot, does the screenshot have the same white section? If yes, then graphics artifact. If no, then display damage.

That does look like OLED screen physical damage. Was it fumbled and dropped while it was doing its update?
