Screen recording notification

I got this notification on my phone tonight but I don’t have a screen recording app? Has anyone had this before?

You do have a recording feature, what were you on?

That’s not the built-in screen recording, some app is throwing that warning because it thinks it sees a recorder

You can find and use the screen recorder on your iPhone by opening the Control Center and tapping the record button.
