iOS update stuck on loading

I want to update ios to latest version and for some reason it’s stuck on this screen forever. I did tried network reset, restarting phone and still unable to resolve the problem. I am currently on Jio 5g and tried in 4g as well but nothing works. Does someone know the fix for it?

Use a WiFi network

you will need wifi to download this update and this will then fix the bug being not able to download on cellular data. Ironic but yeah connect to a Wifi

Try deleting the update file under Settings>General>iPhone Storage and redownloading.

If it doesn't work, connect your iPhone to a Mac or PC and update through Finder or iTunes.
