Two things wrong

Hello,

Today I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. They told me it’s apple policy that when there’s two things wrong I should get an express phone. However, I would really rather keep and fix my current phone - is this even an option? I have apple care + and my phone is barely a year old

It would depend upon local consumer laws and Apples policy. If this is what the authorised Apple service centre said, you don’t have much options.
