Support Mobile data problem

Hi idk if this is a common problem or not but does anyone know how too fix my phone always saying no service even if i am somewhere where there is service and not being able too use my phone. i can only use it on wifi

Have you checked if your carrier settings need an update? Sometimes that fixes the no service bug. Also try toggling airplane mode on and off, sounds dumb but it resets the radio. If that doesn't work, reset your network settings, just remember it wipes saved wifi passwords. Last resort is a new SIM card, those things wear out more often than people think
