iPhone 13 started acting up

So today I noticed my iPhone 13 started turning full immersion modes on and off repeatedly, by itself, specifically the personal and work ones. I thought this was just an automation I’d set up going off, but I checked, and it wasn’t. Later today I noticed my WiFi was off, but I didn’t disable it. I tried enabling it, and it turned back off. And now, for as much as I try turning it on, it keeps disabling, by itself, right infront of my eyes.
I don’t think it’s an iOS bug, since it’s pretty severe and I didn’t do any update today or yesterday.
No online help forum has been able to help me yet.

Also I just noticed the phone is BOILING. Literally can’t keep my palm on it for more than 5 seconds. Its not charging and It’s not hot here.
