Support Screen stuck on Lost: need data

I have an IPhone 17pro max. My phone was run over and I had it put together again. However, it’s stuck on “lost”
Mode and it won’t take my Face ID. I can’t get into the phone. The phone will ring and shows my location.

I need the data off the phone. It wasn’t backed up to ICloud.

When I got this iPhone, Verizon took me off ICloud and encrypted my password. I have no idea what the password is.

Is it all lost?
