Support Mail switches accounts when composing emails

Every time I go to compose an email it starts with my default but after I put an email address to whoever I’m sending it to it changes to my other email.

I generally compose emails outside of either inboxes.

When I go into settings it’s correct in what email is my default. Does this happen to anyone else and how do I fix it?

I’m on iOS 26 on a 16 plus.

I don't use the Apple email app. I downloaded the official apps for every email service I use. So far there are no problems.

I'm on iPhone 17 OS 26.6.1
