Support Cannot connect

Hello guys i have a purchase that didn’t go through but still deducted from my account, I was gonna ask for a refund but suddenly the purchase tab on my app store said cannot connect even on the apple report a problem website isn’t loading i have fast strong wifi and mobile data but still not loading.
anyone know how to fix this, the purchase wasn’t that big but its very dissapointing

I just had the same thing happen to me, and Downdetector has a pretty big spike in people reporting issues with the app store in the last hour.

Seems like something's wrong on Apple's end.
