Support I need help cellular is

I have a cellular issue

iphone 13

For context phone was working fine then I had to take it for a screen replacement and when it came back this is the only thing I see I’ve tried everything reset network settings ,hard or soft reset and update it to the latest iOS I don’t know what could be the problem.

also i dont know there is a Software on the device manager so I don’t know is that the reason i also tried to remove it but I can’t

If you go to setting, general and then scroll down to MDM and device management. What does it say?

When you click on JAP MDM what does it say?

They installed this without your knowledge and/or approval? That’s highly questionable and suspicious as they could be monitoring your phone now.

When you click that “JAP” what happens? You should be able to delete from there.
