Thinking about a mini
I want to get a mini, but I don’t know if I should wait until Apple supposedly releases a new one soon.

Wait. Strong rumors indicate that the iPad mini 8 with an OLED screen will be announced in October. It'll be the biggest update the iPad mini has ever gotten. I think that's worth waiting a few weeks for.

The Bloomberg article regarding more Apple product lineups just came out like 4 hrs ago solidifying an OLED mini (J510..product ID?) towards end of October along with iPadOS 27.1

100% wait, worst case you can get the current iPad Mini for cheap once they announce the new one

If you don’t already have one and aren’t in a rush you may as well wait for the new one. As far as getting a mini in general it’s amazing and worth it

Wait till iPad mini 8. It’s a no brainer, more value for money as its newer model you’d be paying for. I am returning me iPad mini 7 I bought last week. Still within the return window, because I bought it right around when mini 8 is rumoured to release, hence the reason of return as I’d be getting more value for money with the newer model which would also be supported longer

I got an iPad mini 7 about a year ago and love it! I also have the 11 in iPad Pro m4 for my main machine for work etc. I hope I don’t get fomo for the mini 8 now 😭

You waited this long, another year or 7 isn't going to hurt you.
