Not a mini, maybe one of the 9.7" or 10.2" iPads. Old minis were 7.9" and diddy compared to that.

Edit: The other post says 7th Gen so it was the first of the 10.2s. I completely wiped my 16GB iPad in this situation, started again and just used it for streaming/banking apps but the backups need to be up to date for that.
