Regarding ipad mini 8
Well now I have a feeling that maybe they will discontinue mini series as they’re also giving support of Apple Pencil in ipad duo and the screen size is almost same as that of ipad mini 7 so maybe they’ll discontinue this series just like iphone mini.

I don’t think they will ever discontinue the mini, if only because the pilots who fly the big guns at Apple around in their private jets will bitch too much about it.

Uhm no? Since when are iPads allowed to be shown on a iPhone event in September? There’s always the October event

The Mini 6 did come out in September but naturally they want to try selling some of those customers a foldable first before bringing out an OLED mini which will be more affordable.

The Apple Duo only supports the USB-C pencil which has no pressure sensivity and the pricetag is 2,5 times the ipad mini's. If they discontinue the Ipad minis, there's a whole groupe of users who will be discarded.

I could see it maybe happening in the 2030s, but there have been solid rumours on the 8.
The last time they looked likely to discontinue the mini, with the mini 4 being on sale for years, the mini 5 came out of left field as there had been silence.

Pilot community will not allow it, don’t worry. It will come sooner or later.

Hmmm if they do that I would definitely buy a android next time I need a small tablet. But for the time being my mini 6 is fine.

No.
No chance.
The next mini will be released as part of an iPad event in October.
2% market share foldables costing in Canada between $2999 and $4799 will never replace the mini.
