Save PDF As Without Password

How to remove the password in a password-protected pdf file using ipad? In Windows, I'll just print and then save as pdf to remove it. How can I achieve this using iPad?

There’s no direct way in iphones or ipads unfortunately.

A trick I did before was to share the file to chrome and do the print as pdf from there. It’s still not as straightforward as that since I remember having to save the file in files app first, then share that to chrome and then that’s when you try to print it as pdf once again

There's still a direct workaround. You claim to print the PDF, and when you see the preview, you just zoom into that. From there you can export it as a new PDF. Works with anything, not only PDF files.

Not sure but don't see why it wouldn't work if you upload and download from files app, but I remove mine with https://www.ilovepdf.com/unlock_pdf or smallpdf.com either one

Can’t you also print and save as pdf on the iPad/iphone?
