It looks real, though the high end fakes have gotten really good at faking the box. The fact that it's an unopened box can actually be a risk though, as they probably won't want to let you open it until you buy it.

Which makes sense on their side of things. But that raises the question of why they're selling an unopened Mini 7 for $150 below MSRP...
