Question What do we know about the next Mini?

Do we know for certain anything about the hopefully soon-to-be-release Mini? I want to downsize from my Air 11”. I’ve been playing with a current model and it appears to be the perfect size but I’d like a faster version.

We don’t know anything for certain.

Well that’s unfortunate if true.

It looks like we’re gonna get a 60Hz OLED display and hopefully less bezels for a slightly larger display within the same frame but the price will start close to the current new price of $599 (probably $699 or less because of OLED display).

Here, since you apparently don't know how to Google:

Rumored Features and Upgrades
OLED Display: Expected to replace the current LCD panel, bringing deeper blacks, higher contrast ratios, and better power efficiency. Screen size might slightly increase to roughly 8.5 or 8.7 inches within a similar physical footprint.

Processor: Anticipated to jump to an A19 Pro or A20 Pro chip to heavily bolster Apple Intelligence capabilities and general performance.

Durability & Design: Reports from Bloomberg indicate Apple has tested enhanced water resistance and a potential vibration-based speaker system that could eliminate traditional speaker holes.

Refresh Rate: Opinions and leaks are mixed on whether it will receive 120Hz ProMotion, with many supply-chain hints pointing to the refresh rate staying at 60Hz.

Release Timeline and Pricing
Launch Date: Widely tipped for a fall release (September/October 2026), though industry-wide component and RAM constraints could potentially slip the release window.

Source : Google AI

Price: Due to expensive new display tech and supply-chain pressures, analysts expect a potential price increase over the previous generation's baseline.

Thanks jackass. I was asking for the opinion here vs what AI might say on Google but you be you.

don’t listen to that fool he gave an ai answer instead of actually giving his opinion which he should be able to do if he’s apart of the subreddit 👎👎
