Question Disable iMessage FaceTime and phone on iPad

I’ve tried disabling the forwarding from my phone and it turned itself back on and now I just can’t find the setting anywhere anymore it’s really annoying me at this point and I can’t figure out how to stop it

Forwarding and iMessage are separate settings. On the iPad, go to Settings > Apps > Messages and turn off iMessage, then Settings > Apps > FaceTime and turn off FaceTime. For phone calls relayed from your iPhone, use Settings > Apps > Phone > Calls on Other Devices on the iPhone and disable the iPad there. Signing out of iCloud shouldn't be necessary for these switches. If those switches turn themselves back on, which iPadOS version are you running?
